Information on the Site about our services is for general information and is not an offer or commitment. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). If those terms conflict with these, the engagement agreement controls for that work.

When you submit an inquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship; that begins only upon a mutually signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIA Development, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Missouri will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
